This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a mix of high-quality commercial work, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career progression.The role provides exposure to a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and property due diligence, while maintaining a manageable caseload. The team is collaborative, with strong support structures in place to ensure you can focus on delivering excellent client service.Typical duties would include:Acting on a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold mattersAdvising clients on landlord and tenant issues, leases, and property-related agreementsConducting property due diligence and reporting for commercial transactionsLiaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactionsManaging files from instruction to completion while maintaining high standards of client careThe successful candidate will be:Experienced in commercial property work, ideally with 2–8 years PQEAble to manage a caseload independently, while working effectively within a teamDetail-orientated, organised, and client-focusedProactive, with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skillsIn return, the firm offers a competitive salary package, professional development opportunities, and the chance to join a friendly and supportive team.
