Were on the lookout for an experienced Permanent Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our passionate team and help build on our strong client relationships and ever-growing candidate network. What You'll Be Doing: Managing and developing a 360 recruitment desk focused on permanent commercial roles (e.g. admin, customer service, sales, marketing, HR) Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates Matching candidates to roles and managing the recruitment process end-to-end Meeting KPIs and revenue targets and enjoying the rewards that come with success!
