Job Description
Due to continued growth, our Mansfield site is now looking for a Site Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!
Salary: £26,500-£28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial information, administrative support, and site facilities. Creating timely, accurate data to contribute to the overall success of the site.
Key Duties of a Site Administrator:
* Timely reconciliation of labour deployment, agency hours, and transport subcontract costs.
* Management of purchase order process to completion, including logs, nominal coding, sign-off, and communication with suppliers.
* Raising purchase orders and tracking progress, ensuring critical paths and delivery schedules are followed.
* Provision of information internally and externally to customers as required.
* Ordering and control of consumables, including uniforms, stationery, and others.
* Supporting finance team through weekly costings and month-end processes.
* General administrative support, including note-taking, hotel bookings, organizing functions, and managing communication boards.
* Identifying opportunities for cost savings.
* Supporting customer service functions, directing calls and emails.
* Managing site facility issues, sourcing quotes, contractor inductions, and ensuring timely repairs.
Qualifications
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs, especially during peak periods.
* Effective communication at all levels within the business.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
