Cover Supervisor
35 hours per week, term time only - Permanent
NJC SCP5-SCP11 - Salary range £24,790-£27,269 pa (pro rata part time, term time only salary range £20,170 - £22,187 gross pa)
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to the post of Cover Supervisor.
This post would be suitable for a post graduate who may be considering a career in teaching, and the school is keen to offer support with teacher training for the right candidate.
The successful appointee should possess:
1. Degree level qualification (desirable)
2. GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
3. Good communication skills – written and oral
4. Ability to use negotiating and persuasive skills
5. Team player
