WORKSCOPE
Based in our Middlesbrough Office you will provide Civil and Structural Design services for a process sector upgrade project in the UK.
Services to be Provided
* Produce detailed civil and structural drawings and 3D models
* Develop GA drawings, fabrication details and construction deliverables
* Utilise Tekla Structures for 3D modelling and detailing
* Work closely with engineers, project managers and other disciplines
* Review design packages for constructability and installation efficiency
* Support design reviews, technical queries (TQs) and site-based issues
* Assist with scope development and design deliverables for project phases
Experience & Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in a Civil & Structural Design role within the UK onshore design engineering/project management sector
* Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (essential requirement)
* Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools
* Background in the UK onshore process sector – chemical, energy or industrial sectors (essential)
* Good understanding of UK design standards and construction practices
* HNC/HND or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
