We're recruiting a highly skilled and forward-thinking Head of Delivery to lead transformation and continuous improvement across a major Housing Service. This is a pivotal leadership role, driving strategic change, modernisation, and efficiency across multiple workstreams including compliance, service improvement, digital transformation, and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) reform. You'll be joining at a critical point in the service's improvement journey - working alongside senior leaders to deliver sustainable change, improve performance, and ensure residents remain at the heart of everything we do.
