What Were Looking For in the right candidate: 57 years proven experience in operations management, ideally within a production or packaging environment. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Background in budgeting, financial oversight, and operational reporting. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimisation. Degree in Business / Operations Management, or related field preferred. Proficiency in management software and productivity tools.
