The Technical Lead will be responsible for directing the technical aspects of software development, providing strong technical guidance to a team of software developers involved in this exciting project. You will decide on technical solutions to meet stakeholder requirements and oversee code design and quality. Working within an agile framework, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to create market-leading client experiences within the overall product framework.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure good code design, quality, reliability, and resilience; drive process improvements.
* Scope complex tasks and projects, providing mature, scalable technical designs to meet requirements.
* Collaborate with developers and Technical Architects on integrating products with internal and external systems.
* Focus on client-centered solutions, considering client experience to inform future development.
* Work collaboratively and independently as needed.
* Communicate solutions clearly, avoiding technical jargon.
* Commit to self-improvement and learning new technologies.
* Approach problem-solving pragmatically.
* Work with designers and user experience specialists to develop new products and experiences.
* Participate in an agile, iterative engineering environment.
* Help shape the Engineering Centre of Excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in software development.
* Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MapStruct.
* Experience with Maven, JUnit, and Mockito.
* Experience in API development.
* Understanding of UI/UX principles.
* Experience with GIT.
* Knowledge of design patterns.
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
* Understanding of security principles and implementation.
