Your Role:
We're expanding our recruitment team and seek self-motivated, results-driven individuals with a passion for sales, opportunity spotting, and delivering high-quality service.
You will work with determination, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver excellent candidates. You will also proactively seek new business opportunities to grow our client base and drive company growth.
This role offers a chance to be a key player in building and leading our recruitment services. You'll have access to a warm list of prospects already engaged with our HR services, making outreach straightforward.
We will continue supporting our existing HR clients with a broad range of recruitment roles, including HR, office support, finance, IT, events, marketing, and sales.
External Market:
We aim to position ourselves as the go-to HR recruitment partner, specializing in roles such as HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Assistant, HR Advisor, HR Director, Chief People Officer, L&D Specialists, Talent Acquisition, and more. This aligns with our HR consultancy business and creates cross-sell opportunities.

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £25K–£30K plus uncapped commission.
* Holiday: 26 days.
* Location: Hybrid, with 3 days in Stratford upon Avon.
