An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join the UK operations of a growing international organisation within the health and life sciences sector. This position is instrumental in supporting data-led decision-making, improving internal processes, and ensuring strategic alignment across the business.

About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that help shape commercial and operational strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimise data systems, and promote a culture of informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of projects aimed at improving business performance and decision-making processes.
Promote the effective use of reporting tools and data systems across departments.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability through oversight of data processes and quality controls.
Provide guidance and training to team members to improve data literacy and system adoption.
Act as the key UK expert for the organisation’s CRM platform, ensuring its effective use and alignment with broader objectives.
Deliver insight-driven analysis to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Gather market intelligence and coordinate information sharing from external sources and industry bodies.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in systems and reporting practices.About You:
At least 5 years' experience in a data-driven or analytical role within a commercial environment, preferably in the life sciences or related sectors.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Effective communicator who can present complex ideas clearly and influence at all levels.
Proficient in CRM systems and data visualisation/reporting tools.
Confident working across strategic and operational levels with strong business partnering skills.
