ServiceNow Business Analyst – Legal – London – 6 month – up to £565 per day - INSIDE IR35 - Hybrid working
My Law firm client are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract. Working closely with internal stakeholders to define and manage requirements for a large-scale project, transitioning to ServiceNow from legacy ticketing and workflow tools.
My client are looking for candidates with,
* At least 5 years working experience as a BA, preferably in Legal or IT fields
* Project experience of ServiceNow platform delivery
* Direct engagement with stakeholders at all levels
* The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
* Experience of working within a Legal organization
* Demonstrated ability to help teams transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.
This role is a 6 month contract paying up to £565pd INSIDE IR35.
