Location: Kettering community-based roleNN16 8UZ Salary: £37,100 - £45,500 Contract: FULL-TIME Permanent HomeLink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse to join our Hospital at Home service, delivering high-quality care to NHS patients across the Kettering community . This role is ideal for Community Nurses, District Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses or experienced Registered Nurses looking for a permanent opportunity while continuing to provide meaningful patient care. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients in their own homes, helping prevent hospital admission and supporting recovery within the community. The Benefits We offer a supportive and rewarding working environment with benefits including: Paid mileage from home (55p per mile) Weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements Supportive clinical leadership Retail and leisure discounts Pension contribution Company Life Assurance Scheme 33 days paid holiday (pro rata) an additional day off for your birthday About the Role Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in patients homes Undertake holistic patient assessments, care planning and evaluation Conduct minimum 45-minute patient visits Provide clinical care including IV therapy and wound management Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns when required Maintain accurate clinical documentation Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants and multidisciplinary teams Support patients to recover safely and remain independent at home About You You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration, current revalidation, a minimum of three years' post-registration experience in community, acute or equivalent nursing settings You will be confident working autonomously within the community, with strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills. Compassionate and collaborative, you will build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues while delivering high standards of patient-centred care. Essential Clinical Skills Competency in IV therapy, including the administration of intravenous medications Experience in wound assessment and wound care management Proven experience in the management of PICC and Midline devices Ability to work independently and safely within a community setting About HomeLink Healthcare HomeLink Healthcare is a clinician-led Hospital at Home service provider working in partnership with both private practice and NHS hospitals, consultants, community providers and GPs.
