Director of Estates and Facilities
The Director of Estates and Facilities is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and operational management of the college's estates and facilities functions. This includes ensuring a safe, compliant, sustainable, and high-quality environment that supports teaching, learning, and student experience.
The postholder will lead on estates strategy, capital development, maintenance, health and safety, sustainability, and all facilities management services.
The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
