Job Title: Clinic Manager
Due to continued growth and expansion, St Pancras Clinical Research (SPCR) is looking to recruit an experienced Clinic Manager to join our dynamic team at our Eastbourne site.
About St Pancras Clinical Research
Established in 2016, St Pancras Clinical Research is a UK-based Site Management Organisation with a UK wide setup. We conduct Phase Ib-IV clinical trials with new medicines, for patients with various chronic diseases. Our therapeutic focus is mainly CNS (neurological, cognitive, psychiatric, pain), as well as diabetes, kidney disease and dermatology.
Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership, management, and support to the clinical team to ensure smooth delivery of all clinical trials at the Eastbourne site.
2. Oversee trial conduct including patient scheduling, resource allocation, data management, lab and pharmacy coordination.
3. Act as a point of escalation for clinical and operational issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
4. Maintain oversight of adherence to trial protocols, GCP, and all regulatory requirements.
