Due to significant growth (30% in the last year!), we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a PERMANENT basis. Recruitment Solutions has been partnering with a market-leading distribution company for several years.
Job Summary
* Location: Didcot
* Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
* Position type: Temp-to-perm
About the Role
After approximately 12 weeks of training, you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.
* Working days: Monday – Friday
* Hours: 9am – 5pm (flexibility may be considered)
* Salary: £23,500 per annum (+ performance bonuses, up to £26,500)
* Work arrangement: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (post-training)
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer emails and phone calls
* Resolving issues related to deliveries or products
* Handling general inquiries about services
* Data entry and processing using a bespoke CRM system
* Preparing and processing orders
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure excellent service
Candidate Expectations
* Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
* Ability to handle issues calmly and professionally while showing empathy
