Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first teaching role or gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment? We’re Looking For:
✅ QTS status achieved or pending (from a UK-based training route)
✅ A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ A genuine desire to make a difference to pupils’ progress and wellbeing
✅ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
