Insolvency Litigation Chartered Legal Executive
Sacco Mann is seeking CILEx qualified lawyers with proven defended debt litigation or insolvency litigaiton experience to join a nationally recognised, busy recoveries team based in Hull. The successful candidate will be part of a team of dedicated insolvency specialists within a broader recoveries team of 100. This department is known for its exceptional level of work, positioning it among the top teams in the country and in competition with leading practices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and London. The team offers an excellent opportunity for career progression in a department renowned for its growth and development prospects. The workload is substantial, providing continuous instructions without the need for business development, as the focus is on solid fee earning. Candidates from other litigated backgrounds, including personal injury, will also be considered, especially those seeking a chance to retrain into debt recovery and insolvency work.
* CILEx qualification with defended debt litigation or insolvency litigation experience
* Must have practice rights or in the process of applying for them
* Ability to manage a large volume of work efficiently
* An organised, fee earner with a solid track record in litigation
