Job Role Overview
APM are looking for a Reasonable Adjustments Manager to join our friendly team. The Reasonable Adjustments Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive fair, equitable and appropriate support throughout their assessment journey to ensure assessment parity. The postholder will be responsible for leading the management of reasonable adjustments for APM assessments, working closely with internal teams, learners, employers and training providers to provide a consistent, cohesive and effective approach to assessing and co‑ordinating reasonable adjustments.
The Reasonable Adjustments Manager will be responsible for upholding professional standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement in assessment and adjustment practices. By providing training and guidance to internal teams and training providers, the role ensures an equitable and inclusive assessment that meets organisational and stakeholder expectations.
The Reasonable Adjustments Manager will also advise on product developments to ensure inclusivity
