Finance Manager – Based in Nottingham – £40–50k Salary Are you a hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves driving positive change? The Role: Preparing monthly management accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations Lead the delivery of accurate and timely payroll process Business partner to the leadership team supporting financial planning and performance reviews Lead and develop the Finance Assistant Identify and implement process improvement projects across finance and related business functions Help implement new technologies and automation tools to improve the reporting process Ensure accurate, data-driven reporting to enable robust commercial decisions About You: You’ll be a qualified (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or Qualified by experience finance professional with proven experience in a similar role You will have experience managing payroll and transactional finance operations You enjoy a fast-paced, agile environment where challenging the status quo is embraced You have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills You will be confident working with stakeholders across the business You will bring a hands-on approach and also be able to contribute to strategy and improvement Experience working in SME or entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous If you're ready to take on a varied and rewarding finance leadership role in a business where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
