Project Architect
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £40-45,000 DOE
I'm working with a well-established architectural practice in Leamington Spa to recruit a Project Architect to join their growing team. Known for an award-winning portfolio across heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community projects, the studio is recognised for its design quality, contextual sensitivity, and creative approach. By combining conservation with contemporary design thinking, they deliver work that is both meaningful and enduring. As a Project Architect, you will take projects from concept through to completion, balancing strong design outcomes with technical precision. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to create architecture that responds to its context while looking to the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring consistent design quality, intent, and attention to detail throughout
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve programme, design, and cost objectives
* Produce, develop, and review drawings, presentations, and detailed technical packages
* Oversee planning submissions and listed building consent applications where required
* Maintain the practice's standards for design integrity, sustainability, and innovation
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members within a collaborative studio setting
About You
* Experience working as a Project Architect within a UK architectural practice
* ARB registered
* A strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and successful project delivery across relevant sectors
* Proficiency in Revit (knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp beneficial)
* Experience in heritage or conservation-led projects is highly desirable
* Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
* ARB registration essential; RIBA Chartered status preferred
