Overview
The Ecommerce Production Assistant is the backbone of our online presence, responsible for managing our websites, ensuring brand consistency, launching new products, and staying ahead of industry trends. You will contribute to the digital footprint, sales growth, and customer engagement across multiple territories, assist with day-to-day operations, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office, the rest work from home.
What You Will Do
* Assist in the management and maintenance of online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring operational excellence.
* Maintain the aesthetic and functional aspects of websites, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
* Enhance product discoverability of the online catalogue through content.
* Support the implementation of site enhancements, updates, and new features in collaboration with the engineering and UX/UI teams.
* Monitor and analyse website performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
* Use customer feedback to investigate, identify, and fix issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and sales.
* Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and optimise performance for higher user satisfaction and conversion rates.
* Manage execution of on-site SEO strategies and deliver consistent site standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Contribute ideas to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise revenue.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience managing complex e-commerce and/or multichannel websites and projects, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Ability to independently manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines, with awareness of team requirements.
* Proficient commercial and numerical skills.
* Experience with CMS and related systems and technologies.
* Strong knowledge of project management practices (e.g., Prince 2).
* Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
* Experience of stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
* Intermediate skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong people skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
