As an Incident and Problem Manager (full-time, hybrid from Leeds or remote), you’ll manage the full incident and problem lifecycle, ensuring quick service restoration while maintaining high communication standards and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate resources for major incidents on a 24/7 basis.
* Lead incident and problem reviews, analyzing effectiveness metrics.
* Develop incident and problem processes, tools, templates, and reports.
* Communicate incident updates to customers with internal teams.
* Maintain relationships to ensure high service quality.
* Support resolution meetings and uphold excellent customer service.
Who you’ll be
Ideal candidates will have experience in IT Service Management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should be capable of managing multiple incidents and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* ITIL 4 certification or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Experience managing incident and problem lifecycles.
* Confidence in stakeholder engagement.
