Youll lead the coordination and delivery of HR projects, acting as the central point of contact for activities linked to people, culture, processes, and systems. Youll ensure all HR-related initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational capability, governance, and resourcing. This role requires strong organisation, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate HR priorities into clear, actionable project plans. Working cross-functionally, youll ensure the HR workstream is well-planned, achievable, and delivered in line with integration milestonesusing your excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. The Role: Lead planning and coordination of HR workstream activities across the integration programme. Ensure HR projectssuch as organisational design, policies, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning, and culture initiativesare delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements. Drive consistency and quality to ensure people-related change is embedded effectively into business operations. Define HR project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, Talent, and IT) to ensure feasibility. Ensure resource availability and effective allocation across multiple HR initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using agile techniques and continuous improvement principles. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for the HR workstream. Identify, assess, and mitigate HR-related risks to ensure successful delivery. Produce clear, accurate project documentation and updates for governance forums. Track and report progress against short- and long-term HR integration goals. Apply and continue to develop your leadership capabilities to influence decisions and support others through change. Develop clear delivery data and documentation using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps. Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday or Zellis) is beneficial for navigating system dependencies and supporting data and process alignment across the workstream. Qualifications Essential Proven experience delivering HR, people, or organisational change projects. Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll, benefits, policies, organisational design). Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, proactive approach. High attention to detail and the ability to translate HR priorities into clear actions. Desirable Experience working on integration, transformation, or large-scale change programmes. Experience using HR systems such as Workday or Zellis.
