What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a warm desk focused on the Lloyd’s of London / specialist insurance market – likely in Claims or Underwriting
* Building and managing long-term relationships with insurers, syndicates, MGAs, and brokers
* Developing new business with your own trusted network and incoming leads
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from briefing to offer
* Working independently with freedom, but never alone – support is always there when needed
* Offering credible market insight to clients and candidates alike
What We’re Looking For
* 360 recruitment experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market insurance space
* Confidence in business development, especially within specialist claims or underwriting roles
* Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and candidates
* Naturally organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your own desk
* Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative, non-corporate environment
The Package
* £35,000 – £45,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
* Competitive commission scheme
* Flexible hours and full autonomy over your working day
* Remote first – with an optional hybrid office space in Essex if preferred
