Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe place of work.
Manage all customers and sites within a specified area.
Ensure sales targets are met and aligned to the sales strategy
Achieve revenue growth against budgets.
Retain and grow a new customer base focussing on projects and key account clients
Redevelop key dormant accounts.
Keep accurate records of customer and personal sales activity. Transfer this information to the company CRM
Always Adhere to Company QHSE policies and procedures.
Carry out site surveys as required, in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and assist customers with risk assessments and method statements.
Target new business.
Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively
What Were Looking For:
Have proven sales experience and demonstrate a successful sales track record in the rental or sector related industry
Proactive individual with high standards of professionalism
Strong motivation and drive, a self-starter
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
Results orientated but with the ability to balance other commercial business considerations
Be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
