My client has x2 projects currently in progress, One in Fulham and the other in St James (Central London) St James = apartment in a listed building, top of the range, complete refurb, change of layout, high end – ready (soft stripping currently) Fulham = town house, basement, 3 floors above, complete refurb, maybe layout changing, extension with passenger lift, high end finishings. – starting in April Role Overview Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day operations on the company’s building sites so that the contract is completed safely, on time and to the required standard, whilst complying with all relevant legislation and accepted industry best practice. Working to able capacity, or as trade allows, as and when required. Scope of responsibility is dictated by the nature of the project at any given time. Reports To Contracts Manager Accountabilities and Main Duties Operations Produce, work to, manage and report on the project construction programme.
