Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Head of Marketing you will: Develop and implement strategy Align marketing activities with strategic business goals and ensure efficient use of resources to optimise ROI. Lead multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth and brand presence across digital, social media, events, campaigns, and AI-powered marketing automation. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, and events for both B2B and B2C audiences. Develop and implement brand-building campaigns and activities across B2B and B2C markets. Appraise and deliver creative solutions that support strategic objectives. Execute and manage marketing programmes Champion Safe to Trade, the UK’s first voluntary hospitality food safety certification scheme, driving awareness and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for both B2B and B2C markets. Drive lead generation initiatives by developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that attract and convert high-quality prospects across relevant channels. Oversee and optimise lead generation campaigns, delivering high-quality prospects for the business. Plan and deliver events (virtual and in-person), including conferences, workshops, and client-facing activities, as part of the marketing mix. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and the achievement of business objectives. Lead and inspire the team Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a growing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Manage at least one direct report and provide clear leadership within the marketing function. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. Measure and optimise Analyse campaign performance and report on results, using data-driven insights to optimise future activities and improve marketing ROI. Stay innovative Stay current with AI, automation, and the latest social media algorithms to enhance marketing effectiveness and maintain competitive advantage. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer ready to take ownership of a high-impact brand in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Requirements Proven experience as Head of Marketing or senior marketing leader. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, ideally across B2B and B2C sectors. Experience in professional services is preferred. Strong track record in multi-channel marketing, brand building, and lead generation. Proficiency in marketing automation, AI tools, analytics, and reporting. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
