The Role
* Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to FE students
* Plan and prepare effective learning activities that support literacy development
* Support students in improving reading, writing, and communication skills
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Contribute positively to the department and wider college environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience teaching English within a further education or secondary setting
* A relevant degree or qualification in English or a related subject
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, PTTLS, CTTLS)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
