Our client, a rapidly growing organisation, urgently require an experienced Security Assurance Coordinator to undertake a long term contract.
In order to be successful, it is essential that you have the following experience:
Extensive experience as a Security Assurance Coordinator within a DV Cleared environment
Comprehensive background within MoD Systems Assurance
Ensure compliance with MoD security policies, standards, and frameworks
It is essential that you hold an active DV clearance
Consultancy based role, must be able to commit to 3 days per week
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and coordinate security assurance activities across MoD systems projects.
Support the development, review, and maintenance of RMADS (Risk Management and Accreditation Documentation Sets)
Ensure compliance with MoD security policies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., JSP440, JSP604, NCSC guidance)
Liaise with accrediting authorities, system owners, and delivery teams to achieve and maintain accreditation
Conduct risk assessments and advise on appropriate mitigations
Track and report on assurance progress, highlighting risks and issues to stakeholders
Provide guidance on secure system design, implementation, and operation
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of assurance processes
