Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a long-established, full-service firm in Bristol. The team handles a mix of high street residential conveyancing and small-scale commercial property matters for a loyal local and regional client base.
You’ll benefit from manageable caseloads, strong support from paralegals and assistants, and a friendly, collaborative environment. The firm is noted for its long-standing presence and modern, service-focused culture.
The role will involve:
Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold.
Advising on small commercial leases, purchases, and refinancing.
Maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting junior staff.
Contributing to departmental growth and local networking.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential and/or commercial property.
Be confident managing files from instruction to post-completion.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Be proactive in contributing to a positive team culture.
