SMS Group is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor to join our Glasgow team.
If you're a time-served Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a busy marine fabrication environment.
The Role
* Hands-on fabrication work
* Supervising and leading a skilled workshop team
* Supporting shipbuilding and marine engineering projects
You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while driving productivity and safety on site.
What We're Looking For
* Time-served Fabricator/Welder (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong fabrication/welding & site experience
* Proven leadership or supervisory capability
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Marine or shipbuilding experience (desirable)
* Full Driving License
