MCIPD Qualified or equivalent experience/qualified by experience Degree educated or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of managing people, preferably in an HR environment. Experience of 5 years plus experience of change management. Experience of implementing, developing and delivering programmes of change to meet business requirements. Experience of setting, managing, monitoring and delivering against HR metrics and key performance indicators. Excellent written and verbal communication skills In depth understanding of generalist employment law with a particular emphasis on change.
