The Role:
Our client, a modern and respected London firm, is looking for a senior employment solicitor to bring their expertise, perspective and steady hand to a growing team. You’ll advise on the full spectrum of employment matters, manage key client relationships and play a central role in guiding colleagues through complex and often people-sensitive issues.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide strategic, commercially minded advice across the full employment law spectrum
* Represent clients in disputes and tribunals with confidence and composure
* Lead on drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedural documents
* Support and mentor junior lawyers who are keen to learn from someone who’s seen it all (or close to it)
* Contribute to business development and help shape the team’s future direction
Who You Are:
* A solicitor with at least 7 years PQE in employment law
* Commercially savvy and calm under pressure
* Known for combining technical excellence with empathy and good judgement
* A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and leads by example
