Overview
As a live-in care assistant, youind to live in a clients home for a period of two weeks or more, providing dedicated, personalised support. This vital role allows our clients to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily routines like washing and dressing
* Preparing meals, light housekeeping, and running errands
* Companionship, engaging in activities, and providing emotional support
* Prompting medication and monitoring general well-being
* Duty details are tailored to each clients specific care plan
* Youeller have dedicated breaks and your own private space within the home to rest
* Providing consistent, high-quality care that makes a difference
All client duties are tailored to individual needs and care plans.
Qualifications
* At least two years of professional care experience in a live-in, domiciliary, care assistant, support worker, or personal healthcare assistant role
* A strong understanding of dementia, stroke, and Parkinsons disease
* Experience with end-of-life (EOL) care is a plus
* We do not offer visa sponsorship or Certificates of Sponsorship — you must have the right to work in the UK
* All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
