Store Manager East Midlands designer Outlet. This is a new store opening in the outlet for November The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and working in either Fashion, Footwear, Accessories or a consultative sales environment .
Skill set :
* Experience of coaching & developing team members
* Working to KPIs
* A good background of customer experiences
* Experienced in store operational tasks: cashing up, store opening & closing etc.
Initially this is a 12 month fixed term contract
