The Role Providing strategic leadership for the Science department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student attainment across all Key Stages. Designing and overseeing a stimulating curriculum that challenges high-attaining pupils and prepares them for competitive university entries in STEM and Medicine. Mentoring and developing a large team of subject specialists and technicians, fostering a culture of professional scholarship and collaborative planning. Overseeing the management of state-of-the-art laboratories and specialized equipment, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for practical experimentation. Monitoring student data with precision to implement effective interventions and maintain the school’s track record of outstanding GCSE and A-Level results.
