What we are looking for:
* QTS with recent KS2 teaching experience
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire pupils
* High expectations for behaviour, attainment, and personal development
* Strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* A collaborative, reflective, and organised approach to teaching and learning
* Commitment to promoting learning beyond the classroom through enrichment and cross-curricular projects
Key responsibilities:
* Teach a KS2 class full-time, supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND
* Track and monitor pupil progress to inform planning and next steps in learning
* Contribute to year group and whole-school planning, initiatives, and extra-curricular activities
* Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning
* Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships supporting pupil achievement
