Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and professional Bodyshop Vehicle Painter to join their skilled team. The Role As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes, ensuring every vehicle meets both manufacturer and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces, ensuring they are clean, smooth, and ready for paint Mix and match paint colours using manufacturer codes and computerised systems Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray guns in a spray booth environment Carry out paint blending techniques for seamless repairs Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish, free from defects Perform flatting, polishing, and finishing as required Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean, organised workspace Adhere to manufacturer repair methods and company quality standards Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including correct use of PPE Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience as a Vehicle Painter / Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop Possess strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and application techniques Be skilled in colour matching and paint mixing systems Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality Be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes High attention to detail Strong time management and efficiency Reliable, professional, and proactive approach Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Pension scheme Ongoing training and development Opportunities for career progression within a growing business Interested?
