EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
Basic Salary: £32k-£42k

We're looking for an experienced residential conveyancer (3+ years carrying own, full caseload) to join a growing property team in an on-site, hybrid, or remote capacity. This is an opportunity to join one of Wales' fastest growing, modern conveyancing companies at a very exciting time.
You'll be responsible for carrying a high-volume, full spectrum residential caseload including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity, while working towards monthly targets. Ensuring full compliance with SRA/CLC regulations, while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for managing a small team of legal assistants.
Strong attention to detail, customer service, and time management skills are all expected, as is the ability to confidently communicate with all relevant stake holders. Relevant qualifications are desirable, but not a necessity if you have strong experience carrying your own mixed caseload (3+ years).
On-site, Hybrid, and Remote options available, but expectation of at least 1 day per month in the office + travel for initial induction.
Basic salary between £32k-£42k dependent on experience + bonus and an array of company benefits and career progression opportunities.
