Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + package (car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare)

A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, delivering multiple Commercial Projects around the region. The company is recognised for its structured project delivery, long-standing client relationships and technical excellence across large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Obtain and assess multiple quotations from the supply chain for all domestic work packages
2. Ensure enquiry documentation is comprehensive and aligned with contractual requirements
3. Carry out commercial assessment of subcontractor quotations with the site team
4. Support contract preparation and execution, including insurance, bonds and warranties
5. Ensure proper subcontract orders are placed in line with authorisation levels
6. Prepare and submit interim valuations and variations in accordance with client contracts
7. Assess and authorise subcontractor payments and invoices
8. Manage debt collection in collaboration with the accounts team
