Job description Support Worker Childrens Residential Care Location - Aldridge, WS9 Hours - from 24 hrs up to full time 38hrs per week Days and Wake Night contracts available Why Join Us? Shift Details: Days includes a mix of early shifts, late shifts, long days, OR Wake Nights Includes alternate weekend shifts Responsibilities: Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person Empower children to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence Serve as a positive role model Promote equality and diversity Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met Qualifications & Experience Hold or be willing to work towards Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young Peoples Workforce. Experience with children with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs and related behavioural challenges.
