Position: Degree Level Apprentice Area Facilities Officer Location: Bury Town Hall Type: 37 hours per week Grade - 6 (£25,989 per annum). As an Area Facilities Officer Apprentice, you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in various Facilities Management functions, as we support you to achieve the level 6 BSc (Hons) Facilities and Built Asset Management apprenticeship qualification. Key Responsibilities: Support day to day facilities operations across multiple sites. Assist with ensuring full compliance with health & safety and statutory building regulations. Help to maintain and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance. Assist with sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. Help with creating safe and productive environments. Have a level 4 qualification such as an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment (or equivalent). You should have five GCSE’s at grade 4-9 or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
