Salary: £250 Per Shift

* Blue CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo
* Slinger/Signaller ticket
* Safety Critical Medical (SEQOHS)
Foundation Personnel are looking forCrane / Lifting Operations Supervisor for a major tunnelling project in Dawlish, Devon. This project involves the construction of a 17.5-metre diameter shaft at a depth of 20 metres, requiring precision lifting and safe handling of heavy equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising all lifting operations across the shaft and tunnelling site
* Coordinating lifting plans and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols
* Managing teams of slinger/signallers and crane operators
* Communicating with site and project management regarding lift requirements
* Ensuring compliance with lifting certifications and standards
Requirements:
* Blue CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo (mandatory)
* Slinger/Signaller ticket (mandatory)
* Safety Critical Medical (SEQOHS) (preferred)
* Strong experience in supervising lifts on civil or tunnelling projects
* Solid understanding of health & safety and lifting best practices
