Due to upcoming maternity leave, an interim role for a Senior Charge Nurse within Gynaecology at NHS Fife has arisen. This is a fixed-term post for 12 months, working 37 hours per week, with negotiable shift patterns and hours.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability and passion to deliver high standards of safe, effective, and person-centered care, focusing on enhancing the patient experience. Applicants should be proactive, able to inspire and motivate others, and demonstrate leadership in managing change.
Relevant theoretical knowledge and clinical experience are desirable, with the ability to demonstrate clinical expertise and commitment to professional development. Good communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and develop team performance and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
