Places for People is all about building communities whether that's in our neighbourhoods or our teams. You'll be joining our People Services team at an exciting time of growth were all our teams work closely together to take our People Service from good to great. As our new Senior People Administrator, you will be part of a large team delivering high quality, efficient, and professional people administration service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by making HR processes as effortless as possible for our employees and line managers. You will manage the administration of the employee lifecycle and ensure all changes are accurate and processed within our SLAs.
You will also be involved with the transactional people administration in line with the employee lifecycle including new starters, contracts of employment, changes to terms and conditions, annual leave calculations and leavers.
Please note, this is an FTC/secondment for 6 months
Your role you will be able to split your time between home and the office. You will be required to work from the Preston, Lancashire office a minimum of two days per week with an increased office presence during the training period.

Essential criteria
1. Experience navigating multiple HR systems.
2. High levels of attention to detail with experience quality checking confidential information.
3. Experience working in a fast paced environment in a similar HR role.
