Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client within the Financial Services sector with recruiting a Digital Learning Partner to support on a 12 month FTC.
The Digital Learning Consultant plays a key role in shaping, delivering and optimising high-quality learning experiences across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead on identifying learning needs, designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, bitesize content and video materials and evaluate their effectiveness against clear success criteria.
In this role you will:
* Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create engaging digital content.
* Test, upload and maintain digital learning materials on the LMS.
* Keep the LMS updated and work with People Systems to improve the user experience.
* Design interactive learning solutions that meet project goals.
* Build strong relationships across the business to shape learning needs.
* Stay up to date with business processes, learning trends and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure consistent delivery across projects.
* Promote a positive learning culture aligned with our values.
* Support wider L&D activities and daily LMS queries.
