We are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Hardware division. You will manage a specialist team dedicated to providing mission-critical infrastructure to global clients. From high-performance compute to massive-scale storage arrays, your goal is to deliver Tier-1 hardware solutions that power the world's most demanding Data Centres.
The Vendor Portfolio
You will lead the sales strategy across our core technology stack:
Compute & Servers: HPE (ProLiant/Synergy), Dell (PowerEdge), IBM (Power/Z), Lenovo (ThinkSystem), Oracle.
Storage Systems: Dell/EMC (PowerStore/Isilon), NetApp (AFF/FAS), Hitachi (VSP), IBM (FlashSystem), Quantum.
Networking: Cisco (Nexus/MDS), Arista (7000 Series), Juniper.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Lead and mentor a small growing team of sales representatives to exceed revenue targets in new and refurbished enterprise hardware.
Infrastructure Strategy: Act as a technical advisor to clients, helping them navigate hardware specs, compatibility, and "Hybrid-Cloud" physical requirements.
Supply Chain Mastery: Leverage your industry network to source high-demand, high-margin hardware across a global market.
Data-Driven Sales: Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro-enabled trackers) to manage inventory velocity, pricing models, and sales forecasting.
Global Market Alignment: Direct sales operations during US, Europe asnd Asian business hours and weekends to capitalize on international trade windows and urgent global requirements.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Enterprise IT Hardware Sales (Server, Storage, and or Networking).
Proactive type sales experience is a must with a hunter approach, which is supported by a strong volume of warm leads.
Technical Depth: Deep understanding of the technical specifications and value propositions of brands like Dell/EMC, HPE, Cisco, and NetApp.
Analytical Prowess: Advanced Excel proficiency for margin analysis and pricing.
Tenacity: A track record of closing infrastructure deals and finding new clients.
Availability: Ability & Flexibility to work US, Europe and Asian hours and weekend shifts to support global procurement and delivery.
