Key Responsibilities
* Translate Assessment Outcomes: Convert findings from the AI, Data & AI, and Data Science capability assessments into structured learning and development objectives.
* Program & Curriculum Design: Develop the initial framework for the AI Upskilling Factory — including training pathways, course mapping, and role-based competency progression.
* Capability Roadmap Development: Define short-term and long-term upskilling strategies aligned to the CAP (Capability–Adoption–Productivity) framework.
* Learning Experience Design: Identify and recommend learning modalities (e.g., workshops, digital modules, coaching) suited to technical and behavioral skill development.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Principal Consultant and Program Lead to align training recommendations with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
* Measurement & Adoption: Define success metrics and feedback loops to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure ongoing capability uplift.
* Documentation: Produce a comprehensive Training & Upskilling Design Pack outlining frameworks, learning pathways, and implementation recommendations.
