The BIA Team lead role will play critical role in driving data-driven decision making processes. You will partner with the business at various levels of seniority, lead the development and implementation of business insights strategies, tools and processes to optimize operate efficiency and support strategic business goals,
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of BIA managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Collaborate and partner across business to identify, prioritize, and deliver actionable insight
* Advise senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations to support strategic planning and calculated risk‑taking (e.g., pricing, resource allocation, A&P optimization)
* Define and implement a BIA strategy aligned with organizational objectives and regional pillars: field force operations, business performance, and customer engagement
* Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and drive business outcomes
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the business
* Integrate global capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Design and maintain BI solutions such as data warehouses, dashboards, and reporting tools
* Ensure data quality and governance, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and reliability
* Evaluate emerging technologies to advance analytics capabilities and foster innovation
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* A track record of building and transforming direct and matrix teams, and developing talent
Desirable Requirements
* 5+ years experience in analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or commercial excellence
* Experience in advanced analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, data mining)
* Master's degree in economics, finance, business admin., engineering, science or similar
* Experience with platforms such as Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI or similar
* Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling stories
* Highly curious, innovative and solution‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving abilities
