About the company:

We are partnered with a growing London-based education consultancy and tutoring service focused on delivering highly specialised and bespoke educational guidance to its families. They support their clients in navigating all stages of their educational journeys from early years to university, with a focus on British independent school and university admissions as well as 1-1 tutoring throughout each student’s journey.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a driven individual to join as the Founder’s Associate. The core purpose of the role is to help maximise the capacity of the consultancy and tutoring branches of the company, offering support to both the clients and the close-knit team.

This is a hybrid role with most of the time being spent working remotely from home. You will meet with the team in person once or twice per month.

Responsibilities:

Consultancy Support

* Support the Head of Admissions in delivering school and university placement advice and services.
* Liaise with schools and universities regarding client enquiries.
* Produce and maintain service documents for clients.
* Maintain client folders, progress boards, and records.
* Support the development of Pathway’s academic resources.
* Understand the learning needs of students and assist in matching them with tutors.
* Develop and maintain relationships with students and families.
* Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining records and being a point of contact.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by liaising with families, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

Company Growth

* Contribute to the growth of the company's network of tutors and education professionals.
* Represent the company at roadshows and events to develop brand awareness.
* Contribute to the development of the company’s growth strategy.
* Provide ad hoc support to the broader Pathway team as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree from a top UK university.
* Highly developed organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people of all levels and ages.
* Familiarity with educational systems and student learning needs.
* A desire to deliver customer service at the highest level.
* Ability to identify potential client issues and resolve them effectively.
* A self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Base salary of £30K
* Work closely with the Founder and gain first-hand experience in running a growing education consultancy.
